Extremely bad experience faced by the Oyo customer service and this property, unhygienic facilities and bad smell contains room. The main Oyo customer service forced me to pay when the room enquiry,bullshit service

Rooms and bathrooms are not good/clean. Condom, its cover, cigarette cover, food waste can be seen under the bed. Walls are dirty and you'll see lot of holes in the walls (Use a camera detector if you are couples). At reception you will see lot of jobless people (3-5 kozhi's) including room boy/staffs apart from receptionist to receive you, they will drink the blood of all the lady guests using a straw by the time you complete the check in process. Every time you pass through the reception (to go out and come back to hotel), same process repeated. Don't go even if they give you rooms for free. Worst management that i've ever seen.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I was not impressed. The room was on the second floor and there was no lift. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs by myself. The air conditioner was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. The sheets were untidy and looked like they had not been changed. The room and the toilet were not very clean either. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, and I had to ask for a small piece of soap and a towel, which were of poor quality. I think there are better rooms available for the same or lesser price in Calicut, for sure. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience, they didn't offer even a water and rooms are not cleaned and beds are damaged, it's really scared to stay there, have got a real bad experience with reception and service people. Staying roadside is better than staying here. While booking room it's asked me including breakfast and not including breakfast, price diff also was there for including and not including breakfast, I went for including breakfast, the worst part is they said they won't offer food. Then why the hell we have to pay for including breakfast.

One of the worst place ever to stay, I Booked 2 day stay at this hotel and I paid online also but when I came to the hotel they told only I can stay by paying additional amount due to the time I reached hotel(10pm after my work from office) so I'm tired and no more troubles I payed them the amount and get in to the room, But truly speaking the receptionist was very uncorporative and rude one , when I got in to the room the room was very dirty mainly holes on the roof, full dirt on curtains and walls even there was no ac remote and if I asked for it they didn't get a remote so due to this extreme cold which makes me to turn of ac. Not at all recommended hotel Kindly avoid this hotel stay and choose any other hotel U will be treated as very badly.

The room stinks. The blanket had mud stains on it. The pillow covers had a moldy smell. There was no remote for the AC. The bed also had a bad smell. Would not recommend at all. Some lights were broken.

Worst experience. Stayed there for one night. Not recommended for family and ladies safety is the major problem in there. Some one tried to open the door at midnight and when asked to the receptionist, their reply was they are not responsible for that issue and Mistakenly some other guest tried to open it and they cant look for everything as of they have lots of other works in there to do. Staffs and receptionist are so unprofessional and mannerless. About the hotel, the bathrooms and blankets are so unhygeinic.

No hot water, no towels, stinky rooms. Without notification, increased room price after booking. Had to pay extra. Else had to go thru the big cancellation process.
