Beach Heritage Inn, 4 Star Hotel

I stayed at Beach Heritage Hotel, it was a nice experience and I got good service from all the staff. I liked the beach view room, especially the 105 room. It has a good beach balcony. Overall, it is tasty food and has a traditional architecture built in 1890. It is Very hard to see such a colonial style. The room was spacious and overall good vibe. The staff are very friendly and welcomed us greatly. I will surely come back and stay here again. Positive : family friendly atmosphere and heritage ambience Negative : Little expensive

Positives : Well located and connected with local transport. Staff (Shiju, Badshah) are very courteous and very helpful. Badshah (Chef) ensured the food was tailor made to our requirements and very tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the campus is very good||Negatives : Hotel needs maintenance, the bathroom malfunctioned in many ways while our stay. The extra bed was very uncomfortable. Weekends can be very noisy. I hope the owner will pay attention to details. |The property also need better marketing.

I could step out of my room and have my toes in the sand within minutes. The sunset views in the evenings were simply breathtaking. Accommodations .........: The room was comfortable and clean, with all the essential amenities. While it was not overly luxurious, it served its purpose well. A team of 10 of us came to eat as part of the birthday celebration. We got a stale chicken 65. The chef also be like a kindergarten boy.. really shame on ur food treat. Great team Beach Hotel.

The staff were rude, inattentive, and dismissive, making us feel completely unwelcome. The atmosphere was grimy and unpleasant. It's definitely not a place I'd recommend for a good night out.

To the owners/ management of Beach Heritage hotel, The one night stay recently at your '4-Star' hotel was not a pleasant one. There was no hot water and we were told they used only solar heater (not working cause rains). A 4-star hotel having only solar heating? The tv wasn't working, and nobody came to repair it. The breakfast choice was limited. The towels didn't look and feel clean. The staff are not to blame. They are what they are trained to be. I would highly recommend travelers to think twice before booking here. It's expensive, and not worth the price at all. PS: I noticed that the so- called "positive reviews" of the hotel are mostly from 'local guides'. Probably an arrangement that the hotel has got into with them. Travelers please be wary.

Loved the mocktails and food. Great service by Arjun, accomodating us and being extremely positive even though we came near the closing time. Would definitely recommend the mocktails, pasta and kanthari prawns.
