Bar attenders are cheating the guest for 60 they're giving only 50 , so I'm requesting you guys don't go to that hotel , especially their is one person with bald hair , very bad person 😭 worst person he don't know how to deal with the customer,he is calling very bad words towards the customer one of the worst hotel in Kozhikode very worst

I stayed here for 3 days. People are helpful. Room is well worth the price considering the fact that it is close to bus stand. Room is clean and provided with necessary things. Complimentary breakfast is good but can be improved

I have no clue about their rooms. Their Non AC bar is quite underrated. They have a row of tables near the windows, good views of Mavoor road and the flowing traffic. If you are up to watching that while having a drink. They have average stock of drinks and food. Beef dry fry is recommended.

Due to its prime location, we decided to check in yesterday (11 May 2022). It is my usual practice to inspect the rooms before checking in at any Hotel. Room 306 was shown to me and I observed that the bedspreads and blankets were not clean as they had some obvious stain marks. When I informed about this at the reception, they told me that they would show me another room. Before I could go and check the second room, the Manager of room service came from nowhere and told us that we need not patronize if we are not happy and that they are not the ones washing them but by an outsourced vendor. His behaviour was so rude that I also had to raise my voice and told that the customer has every right to give feedback. And a service provider can only improve if the feedback is taken in the proper sense. I was not complaining but making them realise that it was their duty to inform their vendor if the vendors were not doing their job properly. I told the Manager that I didn't want to stay in that Hotel anymore and will also make sure that none from sphere of influence will patronize their business. Very bad and rude behaviour from the Manager. It is high time that they removed such staff as I could see many reviews stating that the Manager's behaviour was rude.

Food is of good taste meals with par boiled,coconut chutney and vegetables palya. Fresh Juices are available, orange juice served was more diluted. Fish fries was taste of good. Pothichore was nice, one full meal with fish fry and chutneys can be eaten by two people. Price is also reasonable with Rs .100- 150
