Rotano Glitz Inn - Glitz Inn Calicut

I went there because I had 2 days of official business at MIMS. Proximity to hospital is very good 200 m. Beds had bed bugs and corridors smelled of raw chicken. Receptionist was very rude and food was average only. Rooms were ok with good ac and 24 hrs hot water supply.

I stayed at Glitz Inn Hotel in Calicut for three days, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a nice, central location, which made getting around easy. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch. The air conditioning and other amenities were perfect, making my stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calicut!

Very good experience, neat and clean. Family ambiance , good behavior of staffs. Everyday Cleaning, they provided good nd quality complimentary breakfast. Drinking water also provided .I really recommended this place for families.

The treatment by the receptionist on arrival was very unpleasant. The key cards provided didnt work and when asked for they just provided us with the key to open the door. The A/C in the room was not cooling as expected and the washrooms were not clean at all and they didn't have hot water. Overall experience is very unsatisfactory

Worst Stay of me and family in our recent past. The Receptionist is not a professional, upon checking he will ask to fill a form after that give you a room card without even looking at you and explain on the stay. Thats it! We paid a good amount for a 1 night stay and got a room that smells cigarettes smoke. We managed to stay because it was only a night. The only best part part was that the room included breakfast which was in the Salkara Restaurant in the ground floor through a coupon provided by the reception. The receptionist even didnt knew that my booking had a breakfast included. The receptionist Yaseen wouldn't care anyway to tell you all this because he wont even look at you. Hahaha

Big room but too much bed bugs. Something was biting from the bed all over my body. Not clean. Dont stay here. Congested parking. Providing kettle and glass but not clean cups. Small bathroom not clean. Providing soap.

VERY BAD never go to this place there are many rooms for that price way much better than this.we got the biggest room with torn, stained bedsheets and pillows.rooms floor were sticky,bathroom was dirty,no lock in washroom and I can go on.the room service was very good.Staffs were very polite.but the manager or the owner (not sure)at the reception was very rude he acted like he gave his 7star room for free🙏.parking place was bad and the only good thing was the WiFi that was fast and good.

I had a worst experience at Rotana,the person at reception was very rude. Room and bathroom was not neat,there were cockroaches in the room. I will never visit in this hotel again..dnt go for it
