Nice place. Rooms are neat and look like they have been recently refurbished. The bathrooms could have been better. Please note that this hotel does not allow any guests to the room.

Pros —— 1. Good rooms (except Bathroom) 2. Pleasant staff 3. Affordable Rate Cons ——— 1. Bathrooms 🤢 need a serious renovation. Over all seems like a 100 year old. Equipments and tiles should be replaced. I hope the weir smell will be fixed along with that . 🥴 2. Kettle is there but no plug point🤦🏻‍♂️ 3. Two beds but one towel in bathroom 🤷🏻‍♂️ ഇതൊക്കെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടേ അമ്പാനെ 😎

Stayed for a night at the deluxe room. I booked through an online platform, which offered a significantly lower rate than what the hotel reception quoted on call (₹2240 for deluxe and around ₹2800 for suites). The room was spacious and clean, along with amenities like a kettle, tea/coffee supplies, and two water bottles. Toiletries were provided, although toothbrush and toothpaste were missing. On request, they even provided an iron box. Room service was timely and efficient. The room also had an Android TV with access to Hotstar, Prime Video, and Netflix, though Netflix wasn’t working properly during my stay. The hotel is located in a prime area, offering easy access to major spots in Calicut city. Considering the level of service and cleanliness, the rates (even the reception’s pricing) seem reasonable, especially compared to other providers in the vicinity. I look forward to visiting again. If you're booking, I’d recommend checking online platforms for better deals.

A perfect stay at Calicut just 3km away from the beach. Spacious and clean rooms. They offered good quality buffet breakfast as well.

The worst property ever I had seen. Very arogant staff, even their GM's behaviour also was very horrible. Rooms were not that neat and clean. Overall I rate 0.5 in 10. I genuinely suggest not to visit this property.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms are good, and the hotel is new, but they really need to improve their room service. The staff was slow to respond to our requests, and the amenities were not replenished promptly. Additionally, the parking area is quite small, making it difficult to find a spot. Overall, while the rooms are comfortable, the service and parking situation need significant improvement.
