The location is right next to main SM jn street and not far from the beach. It is right next to the train station so expect to hear trains passing, even during the night. The first room we were given was dirty and not up to the review standards. We kindly asked to change and the staff nicely accepted it. The second room was decent for a couple nights.

Well maintained clean rooms. Toilets are also too hygienic. The staff is very straight and good .

Very bad experience. 🤬 i directly booked in owner and he said rooms available.. But when I went there, the reception staff gave a very bad behaviour... there was no room.. I reached there at night.. After long journey I was tired... I was made to wait for a long time and was told that there was no room. And very rude behaviour. staff name Denis.. He did fatherless behaviour.. Very bad.. I directly talked to the owner he actually understand my situation and very helpful very decent man.. He will said dont worry.. I will arrange the room... But the receptioninst dont willing to give any room.. Go to stay another room.. And very wrong behaviour.... I recently stayed this hotel 3 times because of friendly owner.. I directly booked through the owner.. Average hotel.. another receptionist older man and another boy staff are so helpful and friendly... Informed near tourist places and famous hotels fo food. But this staff named Dennis varghees.. That mf very bad for the hotel and customers.. Bery bad behaviour with girls also.. Dont go anyone this hotel... This type of receptionist are very bad for this job..
