However, it's important to note that the shower was not functional during my visit, which slightly affected the overall satisfaction. The staff's prompt response and efforts to address the issue were commendable, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. With a working shower, this room would undoubtedly provide a superb stay.

The worst place to ever be. They got horrible rooms and horrible service. This isn't a Oyo home. Horribly maintained and never go there.

Very bad experience... don't waste your money and time,their owner was very rude. So think before you go.The pillow cover was very damaged and dirty... Many people have been disappointed here.. Bad experience

It was one of the worst experience, hotel staff denied to allocated room even after a proper revervation through OYO. Asked us to wait in street no waiting room was provided. after 1 hrs of continuous discuss with OYO SUPPORT , finally they cancelled our booking and told to leave the hotel. OYO Support is at its worst service, they usually hang the our call after 15 mins of discussion and again we have to discuss entire detail with new executive again same response. Worst service, I will never be booking again with OYO, with this ulter incompetent support teams

Very poor service. Poorly ventilated and very badly maintained rooms. The bathroom door did not have handle and there was a 10cm diameter hole on it. One could easily see who is inside the bathroom. Towels and bedsheet were not clean. Basic amneties were not provided. No TV , no mirror and switch boards were out if order and compltelty in a unsafe conditions. Complete waste of money The max worth of the room would be Rs.500 and they took thrice the amount.

Their was no lift to the 2nd floor. Also, I had to shift to their other property, as the original property was full... But, the rooms were clean and nice.

We reserved room through oyo. When we reached their around 11.30pm, they said rooms are not available. Further they said that they are not accepting the reservation through online. Further they asked for additional money. After arguments of about half an hour, and they provided us a room. But the sheets, blankets and pillows were not at all clean. Only the positive thing noted is the security person was very helpful. Visited the property on 11/06/2022 Better to avoid, especially when you are arriving late night or with family
