I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They took payment two days before my stay, but when I arrived, the hotel was unavailable, and there was no room for me. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money despite the inconvenience and lack of service. recommend booking here to anyone.

I recently stayed at Abrigo De Lamar and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was poor, and to add to the frustration, I did not receive a proper invoice for my stay. Additionally, there were several issues with the amenities. The bathroom door did not close properly, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel does not have an elevator, which can be a major inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The room is very unhygienic.please don't book this room. The bed is not clean, the room is not clean. I feel really frustrated.

Room rent is cheap. Room size is small. The wall has been damaged. Toilet exhaust fan was not working. Washbasin pipe was not in good condition.

Rooms are not clean enough and cockroaches are present in the room.AC doesn't work properly,after complaining they change the room where the toilet commode has no plastic seat to sit.No soap,tissue,hand wash, sandal in the toilet.The wardrobe always falls. It fell on my wife once, she got wrist pain trying to stop it. There are no hangers to hang clothes.we only stay here due to its location being near to our purpose of visiting.The good thing is that there is a hosepipe for water to extinguish the fire and a fire exit staircase in the back.Stuff behaviour is good.

We are staying here with kids. Too much mosquito. They didn't even provide any coils for it. We are unable to sleep. Do not ever dare to sleep here. PS: We have not opened any window. Staff did not even provide mosquito coil. We had to vacate at 3AM. Since my kids were unable to sleep and we had no other choices

The branding is good but the rooms and service are of bad quality. I booked a room for 4 days. Early check in was promised but the hotel management said you have to pay extra. After several calls and deliberations I checked in at 9 am. The facilities are good but because of non maintenance the experience is bad for the customer. When I checked out at 7.30 am today there is not anyone available and I tried calling the hotel number but no response. Rooms are not clean, there was no room service for the 4 days. AC and water heater stopped functioning in 3 days. Breakfast was paid but got only in the first 2 days and is of low quality (worth 30 rs). Totally disappointed with the stay.

Not worth the money. Really disappointing. Rooms are not clean and also very small.
