Periyar Mountain Palace

Last week our stay was at this property. Awesome room, service, property,staff location. Breakfast and dinner have so many options. Taste was good. We are happy for selecting this property. At last moment we have cancelled our one day stay due to some emergency. We stayed only for one day. But they didn't take any charges for cancellation which is very appreciative thing.

It was pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and food was also good. Staff is very polite and supportive. Location is also good.

Hotel stay is awesome. Very nice ambience. All staff are very friendly. Very tasty and yummy food. Room is very clean. We will recommend this hotel for stay in Thekkady.

Very beautiful hotel, convenient location, I wish I could take more pics of the atmosphere but sadly couldn't. The service is best, they even couriered my dress that I forgot in the cupboard. 1 star less just because there was no shower gel, or soap, or toothpaste provided. We did not ask for it though. Overall it was nice experience. Food was not that great the sambar n chole did not taste good. But the idli and chutney made up for them.

service was good overall, everyone was pretty responsive. but room was badly maintained and no aircons. toilets did not look the best in terms of hygiene.

It's a beautiful hotel . The costomer caring was so good and also the food were awesome too.the rooms were neat and clean. Thank you for giving us nice experience in the hotel

The room was very neat and clean with nice interiors.good service with polite staff.facilities are very good.nice pool by the side of hotel.staff was very welcoming nature.breakfast was too tasty with 3-4 different options.we were stay there for a day but I wish if we had a more.location of hotel is also good.on a mountain.not so much high but in mid height.In morning I was walking under the balcony and surprisingly found it was raining and atmosphere was becoming pleasant and in the opposite side of hotel there was a 4-5 big mountains.Clouds were covering it slowly and the whether was becoming more pleasant.pools was also clean Ane maintained properly.must visitable place.
