Room ambience are of high quality
Bathroom are marvelous
The owner himself is a superb and gentleman. I loved this man. Hotel need 10 out of 10 star rating from my side. Breakfast so yummy and delicious

We had just completed our stay at Treebo Majestic Residency at Thekkady.||It was a wonderful experience, the room which we got was wonderful indeed. The staffs were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. The owner, the Manager and other staffs were very supportive. Overall would surely recommend this place.....

The owner is one of the most kind person you will meet. We had booked the hotel from OYO but since we were 3 people and it was off season he gave us biggest room for no additional charges. Plus the breakfast is delicious specifically the idli and puri-bhaji. We stayed here for two days and enjoyed the hospitality. At the end when we were leaving for Munnar, the owner dropped us at the Kumily bus stand in his Scorpio which is 400ms away from the hotel. He didn't even charged for it. And not to forget the fact that he arranged ice cream for us after 10pm on both the days. Probably the best OYO I have stayed at.

Hotel was ok at the price point. Owner ensured we have breakfast as we had planned to leave early. Rooms are small but space is adequately utilised. Best part is it’s accessibility to other activities. Located in the city.

Will remember the place for a long time. True to it's name the rooms are majestically decorated and rooms are named according to the decor. The dining hall on the terrace adds to the convenience. Cannot say enough of the amazing hospitality by the owner. Would like to come back in near future.

We booked the hotel through Oyo rooms in Make my trip portal for a good discount price. Only after reaching the hotel we were told that the hotel doesn't accept Oyo, since Oyo hasn't made them any payment in the last 6months. Not just to this hotel, but Oyo hasn't made payment for any of the hotels they've tied up in Kumuli. We were not given valid answers by Make My trip and Oyo customer service. We ended up booking another hotel directly for higher price.

The rooms were great! Spacious enough and extremely clean! The host was very helpful and polite! It's Value for money in a really good area! Highly recommend!!

He denied checkin as booked on a cheaper price and asked to cancel the booking and pay the double amount in cash than the booking amount. Do not book this hotel. I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip I found good and cheap hotels nearby than this.
