Excellent stay at a reasonable price! Rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly, kind, and always helpful. Great hospitality and comfortable beds made our Thekkady visit perfect. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

I had an awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the service was nonexistent. The staff was unhelpful, and it felt like they didn't care about their guests. I had already paid for my stay through the website, but they still demanded extra money upon check-in, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. The food was terrible — cold, poorly cooked, and tasteless. When I asked for a menu card, the staff completely ignored my request, leaving me with no choice but to settle for whatever was available. It was an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of service, poor food quality, and hidden charges make it a complete waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options!

Overall it's good stay. I stayed in 2 BHK with my family. Quick access to near by shops. Staffs were good.

Overall, the hotel was okay. There was no hot water during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was decent.

We stayed in 2BHK apartment at enroute Thekkady and it was nice experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained. Good view of the hills. Good stay for the family.

Young people are in charge of this hotel, they provide really really nice room service. Rooms are very nice here, the walls are planted with different designs making it interesting. On the other hand there are apartments for families with 3 bedrooms along with an attached bathroom, that too in affordable price. Stay here if you are in Kumily, I hope u will not be disappointed.

I recently stayed here with my family for 3 days during my trip to Thekkady, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was located in a prime location and provided easy access to all the places I planned to visit. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. The quality of the bed and linens were excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff maintained it exceptionally well. The staff at the hotel were hospitable to ensure that all my needs were taken care of. They were friendly, courteous, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Overall, my stay was an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. Please note that there are two roads connected and you have to look for "SORA" Restaurant. Actually, Google map will show the correct location but I missed it while looking for the name "Enroute Thekkady"
