HILL VIEW ROOMS

Despite paying for in advance and confirming via watsapp, when we arrived at Hill View they said they had no room for us as someone had stayed on extra night. When I reiterated I had paid and booked ages ago, he then said booking.com didnt tell them. Which is a lie as they wasapped me direct and also, contradicts original reason for having no bed!? Disgraceful. *Update- Booking.com investigated and hotel then claimed they were closed due to bereavment. More lies as there were other guests present I spoke to. Avoid
