OYO 42683 Nellickal Residency

The place is located near to tiger reserve, that's only the good thing about it but not well maintained. Room service is not good, they don't clean on daily basis. Also I had booked it through OYO before a month of my trip, all prepaid still I was asked extra money before check-in as security deposit. It usually doesn't happens if a hotel is prepaid while booking.

The hotel is not at all okay as rated by OYO. I had a prebooking for my stay through OYO, for three nights. After I reached the hotel, they asked Rs 1000 as security deposit where as I had already paid the total amount before. I had to deposit the security amount as I had no other option. The room service is not good, rooms are not cleaned on the daily basis.

We booked this hotel in Oyo group.. Whn we reachd the hotel.. Hotel manager said we r not taking any booking from oyo.. Online payment they will not accept.. If u pay direct to d hotel then only they will give room.. We waited there 1 hr.. This was our first experience.. I want to tell u onethng guys dnt pay money online.. U give direct to d hotel.. Thats good.. Then we paid again to d hotel.. Manager given d room.. The reason was Oyo group did not given any money to d hotel fr d ladt 4 months.. Hotel staffs behave very well.. They r very helpfull..

Don't book oyo this room. Go book another way. service all bad. Not clean. No hot water and etc....

HOTEL WAS AMAZING... GOOD STAY... SUGGEST PEOPLE TO STAY AT LEAST ONCE
