CANDLE WOOD RESIDENCY

One of the worst stay ever. The staffs are never attentive. We had taken a room for a couple of hours.... Still they charged us above 2000 rs and the moment we have entered the room the power supply was cut off . The worst part is they even had a generator and they weren't responsibile. If there was a star rating in negative. I would have given that..... Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed

Dont stay here please. Utter flop stay.....you can sleep without current by paying 2000 rs for a single room. The funniest part is they even have a generator that they will not operate untill the power supply comes back. Quality of beds and bathrooms are drastic. The bedsheets were stinky and unclean. The most horrible part is ..if we ask them about this...they have an attitude like why do you come to stay... irresponsible staffs arr another worst thing of the stay. Utterly disappointed and dissatisfied..

I got details of this restaurant in YouTube I was try to book on this . They person told that 2 days before we can call and that time we are planning 3 mem finally 2 person only planned for trip so I did cal how they told 2 days before of our trip. Online customer service center it's very very bad she don't know that how to talk with customer. I'm asking for my package details she is not giving proper response and she cut the call. Again I try to connect with them she didn't pick the call. Im not satisfied with this service I have planned by 11 bcz of them i didn't check out any other rooms how badly giving customers service center.

Rooms are of average facilities. Ofcourse value for money. Service is better. Location is easily accessible.
