The rooms and surroundings are good but it lacks cleanliness. The walls and other areas of the builidings are looking very old and dirty. The TVs and most of the lights(1 in 6 works) in the rooms don't function. Even the fans dont work. AC is available in rooms but there isn't a remote to control the temperature.

It's best for the price. We can't expect good service for cheap price. So its worth for spending there Lighting Around the area is very low And it's not noticeable from the road. They must have at least put a direction sign out. Easy to miss the way in night. Interior is fine but the grill they gave was broken, so i was hard to make chicken grill. Coal could easly come down due to a hole below it. Risked someone's leg for that is not worth. Breakfast was average. Pool was below average. ACs were not working ( we didn't need it)

Amazing place to stay. Great helpful staff, always at our service to do all the needful. Bazid the receptionist, a gem of a person to do all the needful. Really cosy suite room at a very affordable price. Would be surely coming back for a longer stay. The food from the hotel is also really tasty, don't have to go anywhere else for food and prompt delivery too.

This is a normal lodge not a holiday resort, those who want to go out for site seeing through out the day and retire in the night, for them its an option, even for that you could get better place with better service. Here in this place there are no facilities or activities available, even the swimming pool is very small, in a shady place without any temperature control, not clean and water is muddy. Hotel is located outside the lodge and they don't even deliver tea/coffee in the mornings in your vacation. And they consider the complimentary breakfast as something they're providing free, so they're not offering sufficient portion of anything.

Very bad rooms. Most of the things were damaged. Tv is not allowed. Bathroom doors doesnt have any type of holders in both inside and outside. The hand shower was not working. Pool were small. The main problem is they are setting some kind of time limits for the soundings. They told dont make sounds after 10.00 pm . And also cant use the pools after 10 pm with making any kind of noice.the buildings were like some kind of hostel buildings. Very old buildings, some of them were cracked. The room which we used dont have locks for the glass door near balcony. Because of that the monkeys came and take all foods. Services were not much good. We asked for extra beds and blanket. They told they will arrange it and they didnt came to our room after saying that. Atlast we adjusted ourselves with the required things. When we came to meet the staff in resort at night for these needs, there were no one for helping us. They are providing breakfasts, but not much tasty. The pool is not enough if there is 2 group guests. Because of that We dont get any type of privacy in the pool.. they are providing carrom boards and chess for playing. But it is only till 10 pm. The heater is also not lagging much time. We have to wait for so many time for the water got heat after one use. The 1st use also not capable of lot of time.

The room was spacious and good.. We had a good time with family but the service level needs to be improved.. It's located behind the main Taaza Residency and there are no intercom communications and no proper lighting in the parking area.. No power backup available.. The swimming pool was not maintained properly..

We friends planned to stay there in August this year and made an advance payment, but due to covid issues we can't go there. Discussed with the manager about refund of advance and he said will send the same within two three days, but now its almost 2months we didn't get the refund. Contacted the manager daily regards this but he didn't response our calls and also no response in whatsapp too. It's not a matter of money, but it's seems how they are treating their customers. Dear friend's don't choose these type of irresponsible stay's for your trip. Dear management please teach your staffs to treat the customers well. Never ever plan to go this **** place.

This place is in the midst of all greens and you would genuinely love to stay if you want to relax in the nature. The rooms are very attractive and have provided with all the facilities. The location is little in the outskirts of the city but staff and management would go beyond to take care of your all the needs.
