Royal Residency A/C and Non A/C Rooms

Hospitality is zero.Rooms are good.They don't keep a basic amenities like water for which additional payment is required after paying the room rent of 2000 rupees. Attitude of the person is quite bad.For two people stay they have given one towel. The promoters should keep the trained and mannered staffs if they want to do well.

The hotel is newly constructed and exceptionally tidy. The rooms are clean, with good lighting and ventilation. However, the hotel staff could use some hospitality training.
