Very helpful and friendly staff, who helped me with a variety of things during my staff. Clean, tidy throughout. Great value, and one of the best budget hotels I have stayed in in South India. Rooms are spacious and all facilities in good working order. Location is a short walk from the bus stand, shops and restaurants all very close by. Thank you Saraj for all your help during our stay, very much appreciated.

As tourist, this is the most rude hotel I have ever been. The staffs were very arrogant to Malaysians. They have the audacity to ask us to leave since we know no one in Kerala. How are you expecting us to have friends or family in kerala when I’m not from India in the first place to begin with. Worst experience ever!!! If you don’t allow tourist who travel without any tour group or know no one in Kerala to stay then please let us know upfront or state it in your reception. FYI no one walking around with single email address and I have no interest in revealing my details in public to prove a point.

Decent clean run. Very very small bed. Extra bed for the kid was too shabby. Old torn bed sheets provided. The Bell boys were too lazy to carry the luggage. The only place where I didn't tip the bell boys(tipped only the check-in guy despite his attitude being not so great. Did the work though). The reception staff are quite good.

We stayed 2 days here. Totally five members. So, we chose suit room for us. Nice place to stay. Neat and clean room. 24hrs hot water supply. Worth the budget. Good hospitality 😊👌

Worst experience with the staff. Please give them proper training for how to treat a customer.
