The decent hotel, average rooms and satisfactory service. Average amenities nothing much more or much less. Good for a stay. But price is little much higher not a budget pricing.

Decent hotel choice. Standard rooms, satisfactory service. Fair amenities, nothing extraordinary. Good for a budget stay, but lacks wow factor. Consider for a basic accommodation option.

The first time we stayed at the hotel was good, except that the stay was expensive. We did not have a pre booking and we were charged Rs.2500/- and did not receive an invoice. Based on the previous experience, we booked the same hotel through Makemytrip, where we saw an offer for 1350. But the stay was horrible. The first room given to us, the bathroom was not cleaned and the toilet seat was dirty. We got the room changed. The new room had a cleaner bathroom, but the blanket smelt of dust and we could not stand the stink. We could have caught cold if we used the blanket over night that we had to discard using the blanket. The staff were helpful but I doubt if they are promptly cleaning the rooms. Now I would better avoid this place.

Rooms looks smaller and a little bit old looking.. Good for a rest and sleep after a long drive... Thats all.. Had a good open parking slot for upto 10 cars on one side of the property.. The receptionist was cooperative, polite and helpful.. You can select this place just to sleep over night and if otherwise skip it...

I visited this place for a marriage function. This place is only an average category for conferences, marriages etc. Halls are too narrow as compared and had distracting pillars in the middle. Also the aborted tiles between conference hall and bathroom are totally annoying. This hotel also lacks enough parking space. But rooms are great in quality.

Value for money. Room was clean snd towels were provided. Hot water and parking available. Location is near the main road.

Totally dis-satisfied by the service provided by this resedency. They have clean rooms, but the main problem was many rooms doesn't have proper electrification. For an emergency i stayed there for two days and they are unable to solve this issue. Many guest faced the same problem here. The other interesting thing is they don't have an extra back up generator for electricity. Any way I stayed there for two days in a dark room without electric power,they have collected huge amount without any service from me. So I'm recommending anyone to choose this place for a comfortable stay.

Hi friends I request you please don't book green residency,very worst service, before room booking they send some photos,but we went and seen that room very bad condition and very old room.so we cancelled the room,they asking full amount of room rent of Rs4800,we fighted to management, finally they cheat our 2000 rs advance amount.next we went to HONEY HOME STAY it's very good location and rooms super condition it look like 3star hotel room so please don't book room from greens residency.if you are booking the room your money waste
