The hotel is very old and the amenities are also old,but budget friendly and good service.

Stayed here for 5 days. No maintenance. No much facilities inside the hotel. But it is located inside the town area. Restaurants / mosque near by. But you will get good sleep - mattress is good. Sleeping comfort is important than any other facilities. Families not recommended

Poor service. Staff is absent minded about the duties and responsibilities. No room service, no drinking water, no security, bed spreads were soiled and there were cockroaches and spiders in the room. When I informed the staff they were giving some lame reasons. Lift was getting stuck in the 3rd floor. Overall very bad experience of stay

Not recommended. Unhygienic. Staffs are all cooperative and good. Lift is also available. Not worth the money. No food. Location is good.

Very bad....not at ali maintained. ..broken mirrors and towel stands... AC room has no blankets. .. No pillows. .. Hot water facility zero... I am sick since the stay there...not worth of the money paid...open robbery ..

Emerald residency is a quiet good hotel having almost all facilities. It's in the town of Mannarkkad. Service and rooms are good.

Really a worst stay, we took two a/c rooms, one room no a/c and other room a/c without remote... Also tv not working in both rooms..... No intercom specialist and reception smells like restroom.... No proper response from the staffs... No extra bed options or pillows...
