Hotel Hill View Tower

The only good hotel in town, with average rooms and below average service. In terms of accessibility, availability or rooms - I would rate them 4. The standard AC room was just average and it had a lot of bugs on it. Not cleaned well, just one helper for room service. Call them to inquire, they have ill trained and un professional staff. And at the cost of 1750 for a Standard AC - this is a bit too much to ask for. But no other options as well.

Haven't stayed yet in such a bad hotel.The stay was too unpleasant.when we entered the room there was no curtains and when we asked the staff he told that it is taken for laundry and provided one only when we demanded..The toilet were not maintained and water was in yellow colour.The rooms were not clean and we could see spider net all over the roofs.The tv was not working properly.Toilet taps were not working properly.The linens had stains and looked too old.Bathroom towels had holes.Food from the near restaurant was good , but the breakfast they provided from some other restaurants was too bad to have. when we checked out and asked for the remaining amount, the amount the staff told and the amount billed was different and higher.The hotel appeared to be good but the low maintenance and poor staff made it worst..

Nice hotel with tasty food. Spicy dishes are very tasteful. Biriyani is not recommended. Beef |And chicken recipe's are nice. Best hotel in Mannarkkad. Silentvalley is the nearest attraction. Also try to spend some tome in virgin valley, which is a beautiful natural spot u can spend some two hours in the bank of kunthi river. A nice bath in the cold water is regenerative..

It's the only good hotel around mannarkad I guess! Rooms are ok! Service was average. The main disadvantage is you will not find many autos to commute. Price is reasonable! A budget stay hotel if you don't expect luxury

Stayed for a meeting and public program. This facility is a blessing for the bustling Manarkkad! State of the art architecture, restaurant, rooms and suits. Startled at the huge convention hall studded with more than a dozen split ACs far superior to even some 5 star facilities in Kerala. Spacious parking lot too. |Congratulated Mr.Basheer the owner for this brilliant initiative and my friend Shri.Mannarkad Purushothaman who selected the venue for the diabetes free public education and camp. |

This was a good hotel once, but now very badly maintained. Except food, nothing is good here. Rooms are not clean and toilet fittings like shower, taps etc are not properly working. The oil from door closer has leaked all over the main door of the room. Wardrobe has a missing handle. Small cockroches are running all over the floor.

The rooms are good. No comments on that. Mr. Salaam the receptionist is very rude to customers.This is not a way of treating customers that too late check in. First when I checked in late night 12:00 am with my 7 months baby I had booked two rooms and I was told that only one room is available. We were 5 adults and 3 small kids 7months 4years and 5 years.. We told that will adjust as we were tired. He agreed as well for the same. Later Mr. Salaam came to my room and told that 5 members can't stay in a room. If we have to stay will have to pay 300 extra. Also he told 380 extra for AC.Also later on he got us one more room as per the booking. All of a sudden he built a new room for us late night which was not available at the time of check in. He also switched off the AC of the room. Behaving this way with the customers is not good. So special request for guest to Confirm before check in. He is a big dumbo character. This is my true review and customers be aware of this . also this is my 5th visit with my family and a very bad experience this time

The restaurant is one of the best dining places in Mannarkad. It is located away from the hustle bustle of the town and cramped parking spaces. The restaurant is pretty spacious and offers good seating. Food is served fresh and friendly. Quantity is fair and tastes well too. They have provided hand wash outside the restaurant to ensure COVID - 19 Protocols are followed. In picture is Pepper Beef and Paneer butter masala.
