Jeeeez,was in one of the rooms and tried to order food;but the guy on the other end didn’t like calling him and Seemed like he was in a hurry.zero hospitality zero professionalism.he already told me it would take half an hour,but had to walk to the reception after 1.5 hour to enquire.

We first came across this place 5 years back. It's easy to access, and has good parking facilities available. We only stopped for lunch, but that left a good impression. At that time, we ordered rice and meals, and the spread was delicious with fish curry, beef fry, etc.||||We recently revisited the restaurant, after 5 long years. We were surprised that rice meals were no longer available, as they were "not feasible". So instead, we ordered a-la carte. The Kerala porotto was excellent, the prawns masala was very good, the beef fry was also superb. It's truly a delight to find that the taste has not changed, and has in fact slightly improved. The service is also very good. We conveyed our appreciation and left satisfied.||||The ambience itself is quite good. Opt for the sofas in the corner, instead of the small chairs. With soft lighting and a relaxing atmosphere, this makes it very pleasant. However, the restaurant could be spiced up a little in terms of interior design.

Friendly greeting upon arrival, reception area (Wi-Fi area) looks very clean and well kept. ||They showed us the room (standard room with AC on the backside of the hotel with a views on the jungle) and explained the amenities as well as the layout of the room. After the introduction we were asked if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything else for now.||The beds were clean and comfortable and the AC-system was in good condition. Shower was comfortable and a mini fridge with complimentary water tea and coffee was present.||I'm the morning we were contacted by the reception and asked around what time we wanted breakfast and that they would send it to our room. It came 30minutes early and it was very fresh.||So far we would recommend this residency to other travellers as it's price/quality comparison is very nice.

Silver Sands Residency is a marvellous place to be in for a two or three-night stay. We stayed there as a family, took four rooms. The rooms were of decent size and air-conditioned. The bathrooms were clean. The rent for each room was Rs. 2000 including GST. They serve a complimentary breakfast that includes two spreads like the dosa and Poori. We ordered dinner a little late and they served it in our room. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. They have enough parking spaces that can accommodate 5+ cars. Recommend this place if you're in and around Cherthala/Muhamma area. The staffs were friendly, especially Ms Rasna who helped us in booking the rooms, and Renjith who arranged the dinner. Thank you.

Silver Sands Residency is a 3 star hotel. The staff was very nice and always helpful. We stayed in the king size suit and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable .Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, Silver Sands Residency operates a 24-hour front desk to assist guests at all hours. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen satellite TV. ഇത് 3* rating ഉള്ള ഒരു ഹോട്ടലാണ്. 50 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ഊണും.ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി ₹80 നും ലഭിക്കും ,ബാർ ഉണ്ട്.A/C non A/C റൂമുകൾ ലഭ്യമാണ്.

I only ate in hotel restaurant, but it was very good experience. The meals were very tasty and beer was cold. And the prices were very, very reasonable indeed. You can go there to have a good lunch (delicious masala prawns) accuracy service and A/C place. Highly recommended

A villa with wonderful views of the Vembanad Lake and the Pathiramannal island. We rented the whole villa for a very reasonable price and enjoyed our stay thoroughly since we had the whole place to ourselves. We extended the stay by an additional day since we just couldn’t get enough of the views. Peaceful and serene! With a pool and a few swings the kids are kept entertained as well. ||We hired a houseboat which picked us up from the property. The review of the houseboat will be covered separately. The backwaters are beautiful! ||We also travelled by Govt boat from Muhamma to Kumarakom which took 45 mins but was an experience in itself (pic at the Muhamma jetty included here). All in all a wonderfully located property.||Pathiramannal island is also worth a visit on a day trip from a jetty that’s about 250 Mtrs from the gate.

Nice Restaurant and Bar service in the executive lounge. Rooms are not that great.
