Hotel Highway Residency

Worth for the money I gave. Could have improved the maintenance. Blanket and toiletries could have provided in a better manner. Even though the lobby looks like 3 Star hotel, the reception looks like a lodge. Rooms are spacious. Lack of maintenence are there seen in the room and bathroom. Hot water was there in the bathroom. They could make it to next level of hotel if they try to maintain it.

Stayed in non AC room for 2 days. The room size is small compared to other hotels. They provide only packed water. They tell 24hrs hot water availability. But its a lie. When we asked about the geyser, they gave immersion rod heater. For a double bed, only single blanket was provided. Water colour becomes if it rains. Try to avoid this hotel.

hotel is at mukkam junction. connectivity is good. rooms were ok but not great. rooms were not clean enough especially bed. we could find small hairs on the mattress and on the pillows, somehow, we managed because we were tired. AC remote was not working and when we asked, they given another one but of no use. overall, a bitter experience from there.

Highway residency is a good place for staying.They provide good hospitality for hostages.
