The best choice for Moonnar travellers. Service of the staff members are excellent. Novark hotel is having sufficient parking facilities and all the amenities there are extra ordinary and superb.Multi cuisine restaurant there serving very tasty and good quality food of high range flavours. Bar service also there with lot of choices aided with friendly employees... Definitely a place to visit again... 💙💙💙

The porotta was generously sized and had a wonderful, flaky texture that paired perfectly with the dishes. The beef fry was tender and well-spiced, delivering just the right amount of heat and flavor, while the pork roast was rich, succulent, and packed with spices that complemented it beautifully. The service was prompt and friendly, making the dining experience even better. Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable meal with great flavors and attentive service.

Below I one star experience. Horrible food and service of a next level below par . Before you sit they send a staff prompter to hurry you to order when there is hardly anything they have. None have any knowledge of running that business, let alone knowledge, basic courtesy…..waiter was busy video calling his wife on loud speaker , no manager who we can speak to , food had here could best be avoided. The owner is apparently a wonderful man with great taste and sharp eye for detail and design you can tell , with the kind of set up he has established, but the down fall would be with how the place is run and by whom .

Very conveniently located on the Aluva Munnar route. A recommended Hotel if you have any plans for stay in the afore said route. Seems like it's a new Hotel and hence everything you see around is in the best form. They do have a good restaurant. Forgot the name of the trainee waiter, but his service was good. Noticed a senior fellow who is supervising the Hotel and such keen attention keeps our experience good. The common toilets are also very well kept.

It was so good staying in hotel novark excellent service and affordable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attractive, ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean and well designed for comfort. I highly recommend it for a perfect getaway.

Despite being somewhat outside of Munnar town, it is a great place to stay if you intend to drive around Munnar. The employees are very friendly and professional. The hotel has amazing mountain views, and the rooms and public spaces are spotlessly clean and contemporary. Food tasted good, and the variety was good. Overall, the trip was very relaxing and comfortable. We would dearly love to stay there once more and suggest it to everyone.
