We stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed every part of this stay. The rooms are spacious, cleanliness is maintained and very comfortable. This hotel is located to nearby to all the places which we had to visit and explore. Next coming to food, it was amazing. The complementary breakfast they had a lot of varieties. Just bcoz the food was good we had dinner here itself all three days. They ask suggestions and tastes and then prepare the food. Every single dishes was delicious. Must try meen ela pothi, chicken in banana leaf. |Thank you

It was a truly pleasant experience staying here. The hospitality extended by the team was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Munnar, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the food it was authentic, homely, and full of flavour. The Kerala cuisine served here is worth mentioning, especially the Malabar-style chicken curry, which was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Every meal reminded us of home cooked comfort. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and service. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

The common comments you can see is the breathtaking view from room and it is absolutely true. We have visited in May 2025, Waking up to the valley view is really worth for the price. The service is something they can improve. We have to ask again and again in some cleaning service. Foods is fine. The route to this hotel is bit narrow so drive carefully in low light. Overall a great experience with this place.

We took anata rooms which are must for best view from hotel. They welcome with amazing sipcy masla tea must try you will love it. Everything is good about restaurant and food they serve good quality breakfast.

The hotel offers a truly pleasant stay. The staff, food, and location were all excellent, complemented by great recreational facilities. While the promised barbecue didn't happen, it wasn't a major issue. The food truck concept for tea time snacks was a particularly nice touch, adding to an all-around enjoyable experience.

Exceptional Stay at Amber Dale Resort, Munnar I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Dale Resort in Munnar and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality extended by the staff—especially Ms. Seethal at the reception—was absolutely top-notch. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, assisting us with every detail from check-in to local guidance. Her warm demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference in our overall experience. The resort itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views, luxurious rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the only downside was the in-room dining service. The food delivery took quite a while, and unfortunately, the dishes were served cold. For a resort of this caliber and the premium price we paid, we expected at least warm, freshly served meals. Despite that, the overall experience was excellent, and thanks to the outstanding care and support from Seethal, we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommend Amber Dale for a luxurious stay in Munnar—just a small suggestion to improve the in-room dining service to match the high standards set elsewhere in the resort.
