you book online and go .there is no guarantee that you will get the rooms. they ll blatantly deny check-in siting no rooms available even for a confirmed online booking. they don't even have the courtesy to inform me beforehand. the place doesn't have mobile network at all apart from bsnl. so there is no way you can contact any operators from their location. terrible service. if you want a good and peaceful vacation tension free don't choose this hotel. If there was a rating of 0 I would have given that.

Actually it is not in Munnar City. It is 40km far from Munnar.You need to travel for 1hr to reach munnar. Availability of vehicles is also bad. Staff may not available all the time. No power supply, no wifi, no mobile signals, no security, no food, etc.,

This listing is fraudulent. There is no such building in the location. I roamed entire munnar town and could not find such place. The location posted is a main junction where jeeps are parked just below the mosque. They did not pick up their phone, rang them five times and then they switched it off.

This location is incorrect. The correct location is 40kms from this place and not worth the 40km travel. The building looks like an old abandoned building. Only the view is good but not worth to stay here. Have complained about this to OYO as well but nothing happened. They don't have proper power supply and the staff are not ready to help.
