We booked 3 rooms for 1 night and everything went well like we didn't have any issues , room was neat and clean. The receptionist treated us well and he followed up us till we reach the hotel. Thanks

A very very bad experience we had from here. The staff is very rude. We didn't stay here but had to pay the full amount. We had to pay the full amount for spending just 2 hours, because at any cost we had to get out of this untidy and a very rude inhuman staff. We were a family group, so was worried to get some other facilities nearby, so had to stay there for sometime. We are not rich to throw away some huge amount just for nothing. If the property and the people are good why should we throw such a huge amount and get out of there and take another property paying again for the same day. This is not a self satisfactory note because I lost my money but a helpful note for others who gonna get into this trap... My money lost is lost, this review will not help to get it back 🤗 Nb: see other reviews as well Don't stay here at all.....

I am a frequent traveler to Kerala and never in my many visits have ever experienced such hospitality, where not just the receptionist is rude but so is the owner running the place. My worst experience. When we complained about the receptionist's behaviour to the owner. He asked us to vacate the room and said he has no interest in giving us the room. There is no room for car parking. When you ask for towels they say they will give it once it is back from the laundry and later they say they will not provide towels. When there is a stack of towels kept in the room beside reception.

Very poor facilities. Not recommending this to anyone unless you don't get any other hotel in that area. There is no room service and facilities are minimal. There is no proper wifi facility as they advertise on many popular booking sites. Pro tip: The hotel owner will try to convince you to take trip from his brother who owns a cab. Please be careful as he might ask for more price later after the trip. I recommend to avoid it, and if you take the ride, please be cautious of the price from the very beginning.
