Very bad experience, they had option to book through booking.com with no option to pay an advance. On the day of arrival , few hours before arrival they gave a message in WhatsApp saying my booking is cancelled People can imagine the situation where you are left without an option with family and kids half way in road with out an accommodation. Was an excellent hospitality experience added below the what’s app chat with never care customer mindset.

This was one of the highlights of my trip to India. Nestled in the hills around Munnar is a little oasis of calm! Sandosh the caretaker really looked after us and served us a delicious breakfast! The owner was lovely - there are so many amazing plants and spices, you’ll be amazed how many things they are growing! Thank you!

Rooms are decent. But the owner behaviour is vry awkward and rude. Care taker Santosh is good and food also good. Only issue is owner stays over there and has too much interference with the tourist. His behaviour is as such that he has done mercy on us by providing the stay

Nice accomondation with a beautiful garden in the middle of cardamom plantagens. Apart the cardamom plants you can see Indian Giant Squirrels in the trees from the balcony. The houskeeper is very kind and the homemade food is delicious. Unfortunatelly the house is a little far away from Munnar and the places we visited during our stay.

100/10 !!! Definitely a hit place !! I would recommend each and everyone to visit here if ur in Munnar !! This place is just a heaven . All the food services the prices and the arrangement for sight seeing wow just wow 🤭there no single things I can say that’s it wasn’t good 😌 I would really thank santosh anna for taking really good care of us And Ben the owner uncle and aunty was really kind to me

I made the booking online for 2 rooms and turned up to the property and the owner and caretaker refused to honor it saying they have only 1 room available and I should accommodate. This was in the evening with my elderly mother and two nieces under 5 years in tow. Would not have minded this if this was communicated in a civil way. Moreover, extremely rude behaviour saying I should have called them before coming even though I received confirmation of the booking. While I was trying to explain how the booking and the confirmation process worked, owner blames me for quarrelling and implies I should leave. Through all bookings in all the countries I've visited, definitely has to be one of the worst booking experiences. Please avoid if you don't want to ruin your vacation with such human apathy.

I have travelled in various parts of the country but this property owner had made my munnar trip worst. I have travelled with my 5 friends and their family to munnar after completing all the booking formalities on make my trip and even paid them in full to confirm my booking. Without any intimation they have cancelled our booking and when we reach the property they are telling us to cancel the booking and book the rooms directly through them after giving full money. Even make my trip guy is unable to help us or contact the property owner. It is also away from City. Don't gp for this property if u want to visit munnar peacefully. Even the caretaker Santosh is very rude and greedy
