Jays Inn

This hotel is located in market area. It's easy to get transport from here. Room was big enough, clean and tidy. They have a small balcony where you can enjoy outside misty view. Only problem is that they don't have lift.

Room was v small with unpleasant smell, Ash tray which was not cleaned, Bad blanket, floor was sticky and old kind fungal room. The only positive was staff was cooperative, got room in last minutes and mkt is accessible through their inhouse floor.

Good place to stay at munnar, near to city centre. If you are looking to shop, you can definitely book this place. ( don’t add extra money for breakfast while booking room, they are not providing food)

I'm the principal of a reputed CBSE school...I took my school children for a trip to munnar and we stayed in JAYS INN. Really it was an wonderful experience....our children enjoyed themselves..we felt that we were at our home....we had a good hospitality by the members. The rooms were neat and clean.....they assisted us in each and every thing in visiting places, Jeep rides , places to be visited, food and others ....A wholehearted kudos to the team of Jays inn for making our journey a wonderful experience.

Located in the heart of Munnar, offering easy access to nearby attractions. While the rooms could be cleaner, a major perk is the availability of 24/7 hot water.

Room is damp and doesn't feel good. Bedsheet is in worse condition . Could have been a better offerings for the cost we pay .

"The rooms weren't very modern, but I would definitely rate it 10 out of 10 for hygiene. Many good restaurants are available nearby."

The rooms are good and affordable.the view from the rooms is also good.they even offer tour services in a cab you can check it out.
