The rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The staff were courteous and professional, providing great service throughout my stay. However, I did notice that the water had a yellow tint, which raised some concerns about its clarity. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel for its hospitality and quality service.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

Stayed here with my family. We loved the service and the rooms. We also extended our stay here. The receptionist, kitchen & housekeeping staff all were very helpful and kind. They were very attentive. The property is located in a calm beautiful riverside location. The room is well equipped with all modern amenities. Highly recommended.

Bedroom was clean but washroom was old toilet seat and toilet were not cleaned and had stains, when showering the whole washroom gets flooded with water. drainage for shower water is near toilet not near shower so bathroom gets flooded. good service very nice helpfull staff. Breakfast is good. Tap water was yellow very dirty,when brushing my teeth the water had a bad after taste.

I recently stayed at the West Wood Riverside Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First, upon entering the bathroom, I was alarmed to find the water coming out in a dirty yellow color. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. We have booked deluxe superior room, but upon arrival, they were informed that we were upgraded to an executive room. However, this room was not spacious at all and felt quite congested. The building itself is quite old, which detracts from the overall appeal.executive room like this i don't know other rooms. For two nights, we paid a total of 8,822, which I believe was not worth it given the poor conditions. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and services of the hotel. Especially Mr. Vipin at the hotel was great at hosting us and guiding us in terms of local nuances, and tourism tips. The food was also quite delicious and fresh.

We stayed here, and while the room was clean, the experience had some downsides. The tap water was yellow, indicating poor hygiene, and the Wi-Fi was so slow that I couldn’t even perform a basic Google search. Additionally, the manager seemed focused on influencing ratings, which was disappointing.
