I had a very nice stay here. Very nice, spacious, neat and clean rooms. Very good service. Especially Mr. Surya, Staff in charge is very polite and punctual. Very good view. Homely and trusty food.

I found it on Google. The staff was well mannered and helpful.Rooms were budget friendly.24 hr hot water was available in bathroom.Spacious rooms. Ample parking facility. Only drawback is the road leading to the hotel was congested with other parked private vehicles like Auto rickshaws and Two wheelers.

If you’re travelling with your kids and family elders blindly go for this resort. Their food is truly home cooked they serve us our comfort food with ultimately tasty. The rooms are clean neat comfortable and food is soo good.

We stayed 2 days, Room was very nice and service is very good. Mr. Surya who incharge of this resort is very kind and polite. Also he arranged acting driver Mr. Murali also nice person, he covered most of the site seeing in proper timings. Finally their home made food was amazing veg and non veg excellent. I strongly recommend this resort for safety and food. Thank u.

Had an awesome experience, stayed in dulex room very spacious,neat and clean. Customer service was very good with proper feedback. Hot water was there when needed. Morning breakfast was top notch with great selection . Location - It's near to city but not too far away.

Had a really nice stay Edelweiss resort. I have to say, the main thing I loved about it was the hospitality. The host was really helpful. The next best thing was how tasty the breakfast was. Overall a really good stay. Only downside is it is a bit far from the town making it less accessible. U can take an autorickshaw to go there or Ur own vehicle. The view outside was ok (not that great since it is near the town area). Rooms where clean and had a lot of light. Overall, rooms - 10/10 Hospitality - 10/10 Location - 6/10

We are from Mauritius Island. The agent booked the Edelweiss hotel for us in Munnar. We checked in late in the night and we could not see much of the place. But in the morning, we were fascinated by the natural and pristine beauty of the place. The service at the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Surya who is responsible for the place is a real gentleman who did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We have fallen in love with the place and we strongly recommend it. This resort is situated at the end of the colony road. Parking is limited. They have seven rooms. This resort is clean and maintained The breakfast is included in the package which was delicious. Idly sambhar chatney and Puri bhaji served with tea or coffee. Beautiful flowers are planted in pots at the dining area and at the entrance also. Reaching out to the resort is somewhat challenging because of narrow roads. No nearby shops. Vehicles are parked in front of the resort which makes walking impossible. Not at all good for night walks.
