Saravana Inn

It's in the munnar town itself, good room , good service . But no AC and no Lift . . I got room on the 4th floor . So it was hard to go up and down all the time . Balcony view was adjustable . Not that much good . Still good .

Its in prime market location, car parking is provided by hotel management but at different location. Rooms are clean and comfortable Hot water is available Veiw from the rooms are spectacular Price is reasonable Lift not available

The room is very nice. Very clean. Food was also very good. But a warning message is that if there are children using room no 302, they should be careful with the children as there is no safety grill for the window while enjoying the town view.

Very good hotel and nice location. They were helpful people , accomodated me even at very late night with no prior booking. Its close to Hotel Saravana Bhavan so no issue of finding food.

This hotel is just a few mins walk from the last station in munnar where the KSRTC bus stops I,e kochi to munnar). If you’re travelling on budget then you can opt for it. It’s a queen size bed, it doesn’t have telephone or lift so you’ll have to ask whatever you need from the reception itself,eg soap towels etc. Hot water is available.Since the hotel price is reasonable, don’t expect 5star service. It is quite decent though. You can also get a cab for your day tour in munnar from them. If you have a private car,parking will be difficult and it is sloppy and narrow.

Swarnam hotel is too bad because of service is too bad bachelors not set in this hotel no firecamp no djs no alcohol is allowed so worst of the service and behaviour of room reception so don't book in bachelor trip it's my opinion shared that's all thankyou

Their rooms are good enough with reasonable prices. Maintained hygiene. Water facilities are also good. Bathrooms are also well maintained. Warm water in morning hours are readily available. One can definitely visit this hotel, those have medium budget for visiting Munnar.

Amazing service. Amazing spot. I usually don't write reviews. But I really want to appreciate their service. 1)The staffs are extremely friendly. They have offered personalised rooms when i wanted to get a good view. 2)The location is in Munnar town itself which is so convenient to travel around all places. 3)The rooms are clean. They even have ceiling fan which most of the other room providers fails to offer. 4) Just opposite is Saravana Hotel - which has all kinds of cuisines, be it south or north indian. They staff attitude is extremely friendly even there. The food is so deliciously prepared. 5) There is a bike rental just 50 meters away. The next time I am going to munnar, there is no confusion in choosing where to stay. Really had a wonderful experience with you. Thanks.
