We stayed here for couple of days. It was a very good experience. Staff were friendly. We didn't try the food here. Parking was short and hard to park all vehicles during the season time. But it was manageable for us. All occupants have to leave the car key at the reception table so that they can move the vehicles if someone needs to take out their vehicle. It is safe since it is located on the town among other hotels. Rooms were neat and clean. Wifi available. Hot water available at morning and night which is very good.

Location is good, decent enough parking for a place like Munnar. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast didn't have many options, but whatever they served was tasty. The washroom and balcony are quite small compared to the spacious rooms. The staff is polite and helpful

Rooms are quite "tired and worn out" - in desperate need of a cosmetic renovation. Hot water usage is restricted and rationed. No in-house dining options when we visited - though they have a restaurant and room-service menus in the rooms. Had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper. Floor obviously gets cold - they could atleast place a carpet next to the bed. Mattress was very lumpy and the bed linen is reaching shreds. Clean bathrooms. Clean floors. Very clean and spacious balcony with town view. Check in took a long time. Staff is badly trained and very lethargic. Decent and safe parking on the ground floor. EV CHARGER WAS NOT WORKING - though they haven't updated this information online. Great location - close to the town centre. Decent dining options within walking distance.

I stayed with my family in this hotel. Location wise it is situated in central munnar. The condition of the rooms are also good. But that's it... Firstly, The hospitality of the hotel staffs is worst; compared to all other stays in Kerala. I have not seen such bad & rude behaviour of the host, in any of the other hotels. During my check in, the host upgraded one of my rooms due to unavailability of the required category of the room. But his attitude was like, he is doing a favour to us. HOTEL STAFFS WERE NOT COOPERATIVE AT ALL Secondly, the temparature of munnar is mostly cold, which is why generally AC is not required at all. So geyser is required all the time for hot water. But the hotel is providing hot water only for 2 hours of the entire day. Other than this, we have to use the cold water at 15' C temperature all the time. Just ridiculous. I felt like I am staying as paying guest rather than a hotel. HORRIBLE Thirdly, there is no provision of electric kettle to prepare any tea/coffee within room. So hotel staff told us, that we have to order only from the restaurant. So I have called to resturant, but oh my goodness... RESTURANT IS CLOSED FOR THE ENTIRE DAY, AS THE STAFF IS IN LEAVE. Isn't it disgusting? Forthly, at the time of check out in early morning next day, our car was parked in the hotel parking. But at the time, we checked someone parked car infront of our car & went away. And guess what... hotel staffs are also not aware of it. So seems like we have to find out who is the owner of the car & request him to move the car, so that we can take out our car. We requested the staff to help us here, but they were like ITS YOUR PROBLEM, YOU DEAL WITH IT. WE ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS... Just the most pathetic thing to deal with as a customer. We have to wait almost an hour to fix this problem... HORRIBLE So to conclude, I would say don't book this hotel at all in any condition. It will hamper your experience in munnar. The amazing beauty of munnar will get devastated for the couple of hours of stay in this property. IF I COME IN MUNNAR NEXT TIME, I WILL PREFER TO STAY IN CAR, RATHER THAN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The room had water leaking from the bathroom. No hot water. Not even at the time they said. But they have rules like "outside food not allowed". Not even brush/ paste was given. Broken bathroom lock. Who even maintains a hotel like this? We came here seeing it has good reviews. But it seems they are either bot reviews or forced reviews.

We had a pleasant experience during our stay here recently. Hotel is located approximately 1km from the city centre with everything accessible through road/ by foot too. The rooms are clean and I would like to thank Mr Douglas for his service and support. The hotel rooms have a good view with a decent sized balcony. If yo ur booking this please try to get a rom on the 3rd floor. The breakfast included was also very tasty.

Hotel stay was very pleasant, food and hospitality good. Mr. Douglas helped us very friendly and good hospitality. Morning breakfast was awesome, totally service was good. If they give soap, oil, towel means it will be extraordinary.

The Hotel was neat and clean with hot water facility. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.
