Location and road accessibility were critical issues. * Bath towels, soap, and other essentials were provided only upon request (and the towel was dirty and old) * Bed sheet and pillow covers had an unpleasant odor(Bad smell) * No bathroom mirror lights for shaving * Dressing table and area lacked proper lighting * Room cleanliness and hygiene were bad. Overpriced (₹3600 for a double bedroom)

One of the best resorts in munnar. A year ago we went there with our friends, in return we get best way of service from them which leads to our fulfillment level to top-notch. Rooms are very clean and tidy which exagrates their way of hygience and clean environment. Do visit Do stay in those rooms to get a better service ever.

The highlight of our experience was the delicious home-cooked meals, especially the chicken and fish dishes, which were absolutely delightful.
