Eastend Hotel

One of the oldest hotel in Munnar. Good place and location. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant is good and have ample amount of space. Hotel Staff and restaurant staff is very supportive and well behaved. Food taste was good and there is nothing to complain.

Great location and even better service. The staff has been very helpful going beyond every time. The rooms were very clean and the linens fresh. Additionally, the breakfast was very tasty and varied over both the days of our stay. The restaurant staff is very attentive and extremely polite.

While the location of the hotel is great and the room is spacious, the quality is quite poor. Basic amenities were not provided (towel and toothpaste). The towels were also torn. The floor was very sticky and oily, and we had to ask them to mop the floor again. There were no charging points; we had to unplug TV to charge our phones.

Our stay at the Eastend hotel has been amazing. They were kind enough to allow us to do early check in. The complimentary buffet breakfast at the hotel is amazing and one of the best food I have eaten in Munnar. The manager personally welcomes each and every guest. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy. I will recommend this strongly to anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay in Munnar, closer to the city centre. The location is perfect and everything is at a walking distance. This stay made our trip memorable!!! 🙂🤩🥳

Amazing property to get into. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The best thing about the hotel - there nature & the ambience . I was suitably impressed when their staff reached out after I made a minor improvement point. This shows why they are one of the very best in the hospitality ...

The nice hospitality and amazing staff the cafeteria manager takes care everyone personally. The food is tasty and lot of variety available they takes care all guests with smile. I would love to visit eastend hotel frequently.

The room had stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff at the restaurant were friendly especially Mr. Reji , food and beverage manager was attentive and humble. Good stay. Retreat time!
