Hotel Arul Mount

Stay was good. The only problem was that the shower wasn't working and drinking water was bad. At midnight,we had to run towards the market to purchase water bottles.

Room was alright for a one or two night stay, not very posh. Bathroom was average, hot water tap was running really slow. Location is good. 15 mins from Munnar bus stand, but no good eatery nearby. U will have to take an auto to go to good eateries. Service was below average as we literally had to beg for soaps, towels even drinking water

There is a charging point for EV vehicles. I went 5o charge my EV scooty. They actually provide it to in-house guest but the owner help me to charge over there

I went to munnar with my friends for a vacation on the weekend and it was very rush in that time and we were not able to find any place to stay for the affordable price. We tended to know about this place and got the room. The service was good and it has its own hotel. Overall, a good experience.

Stayed here for three nights and I absolutely loved my stay. We only paid 1000 rupees per night so there were trivial problems here and there like bad WiFi connection and the room being quite damp but I am giving this place five stars because it is in a very good location with great restaurant and most importantly, the staff. They were just so great and accommodating especially Mr Haresh Babu. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs with such a nice authentic smile on his face. I will happily stay here again and I will recommend this place for anyone who wants a place at a good price close to the city center

1. No hot water specility, only half an hour they are providing. My second day completely they didn't provide 2. No room service 3. Blankets are bad smell 4. No honest in room fare 5. Landline not working 6. No tables are there to have food 7. They didn't provide towels and soap at all.. Totally a very worst experience in "Arul Mount" worst services.
