Best budget friendly value for money accommodation in muvatupuzha and surrounding regions. Spacious rooms, neatly kept, good food, good service. Stayed 2 days there and it was very comfortable experience. Would choose this option again and definitely recommend it to others as well.

One of the finest hotel in muvattupuzha . The rooms are neat and clean , the bed was very comfy . Very well maintained toilets . The attention to detail is visible even in the toilet amenities package . Have restaurant and BAR. Accept cards. Have convinience store . Friendly staff.

*1/5 - Disappointing and Discriminatory Policy* I was shocked to learn that this hotel has a discriminatory policy in place, requesting couples to keep away, especially women during their menstruation periods. The reason? They claim that menstruating women will be charged extra for "staining" the bed. This policy is not only absurd but also deeply sexist and stigmatizing. Menstruation is a natural biological process that should not be shamed or penalized. I strongly advise against supporting such an establishment that fails to respect the dignity and needs of all guests, particularly women. Until this policy is revoked, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options that prioritize inclusivity and respect for all individuals.

Has the only proper roof top restaurant/Bar in Muvattupuzha. Decent ambience though the food needs to be improved, not a lot of options and not worth suggesting

This hotel is on the road side. Good food is served there. There is a medium ac hall suitable for conducting programs. I haven't used the room so I don't know exactly about it. The parking space is below the hotel. I felt that the space is a little less. The rooftop is very beautiful at night.

Located in a prime place. Has valet parking. It seems they arrange for vehicles to roam around cochin. Easy checkin. Lifts for easy access. 24 hrs room service impressed me. I got thirsty around 3am. Called the room service. Bam! There was a guy with water bottles within 5 mins. I used their laundry service. Not much costly yet good. We used their in house spa service. Little costly. Food was okay. Room was neat and elegant. The only flaw I noticed was that no one came to get our luggage during checkin and checkout!! I wonder why!Horrible Experience for the first time. I am a regular for this hotel. The staff confirmed special price of 2800/- per day upon telephonic booking and hence I booked four rooms, only to get surprised while checking out as all the rooms were charged at 3K each without proper explanation. Had a very bad experience at roof top restaurant where order for food was taken but not placed by the staff at kitchen. We kept on waiting for food for more than an hour first , then got fresh order placed and served after almost another 30minutes.The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom fixtures worked wonderfully well. The quality of the amenities provided was quite good. The pool area and restaurant were beautiful. The food was very delicious. The staff were polite and quick to respond. But please improve your air conditioner capacity as it was not able to cool that well. Also the given amenities were of good quality, they all were not available in the room and were provided only when we asked. Adding a bucket and mug for Indian customers would be a good amenity. Overall my stay was wonderful and the hotel delightful.Best Atmosphere, good rooms and good hospitality.Hotel located near to North Railway station, Located hert of city so easily accessible to anywhere anytime. I stayed three days here and two days spend for my official needs and one day for walk around . Reception staffs helped me to cover almost all areas with the help of a driver and a cab . Food was okey sitted at their top restobar to take my dinner . It was not too busy but enjoyed the music at bar . Totally a memorable visit . Will visit again ,💯
