KABANI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

First of all, the manager insisted on helping my husband with his review. He hit 5 stars and posted before my hubby could say anything!! I told him I will do my review in the car. This place, the only accommodation we could find near the wedding we were attending, was not very clean. We had to ask for tissue, they bought us napkins. My husband went out and bought tissues and toilet paper. There were no hand towels, we had to ask, and the bath towels were stained. The bathroom was ancient and not clean. There was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The bedsheets we not so great, and the duvet cover/blanket smelled like bad body oder! It was also old and torn on the inside. All night I felt uneasy. But we had no other choice as all other hotels were booked for the wedding! The air conditioner only comes on when the old key is put into the door slot. It was so hot and humid. The AC in the bedroom leaked water. So it kept dripping on me while I was doing my hair and makeup! The whole room smelled old and mildewy. I walked around spraying hand sanitizer! The AC in the hallway and stairways was off. Breakfast in the morning was them writing what we want. No menu, No buffet. Over all, we were not pleased and will not be staying there again next time we visit!

Room are good, staffs are good. I stayed for one full day and few hours before my departure, still they charged 85%for few hours, requesting team must to consider about it.

Worst experienced hotel ever. I booked the room for one of my guest and it was highly emebarassing at checkout. He was accused of being with a torn blanket which was already torn at multiple place. The staff also accused of stealing a towel which was not delivered at this was a single occupancy. When we pointed out their mistake their reply was it is the instruction from management. Worst room for 3k and worst hotel management. Kindly choose Paray Residency or Kabani palace [different management] . Worst experience ever

I had stayed there for a night with my family just a,day before however, really disappointed. Broken mug Had to ask for bath towel and provided one for 3!! Found cockroach in the room Ultimately, still using the old key system which need to be upgraded to smart cards. Lot to write but no use I think

Nice spacious rooms. House keepping supervisor and staffs very friendly. Service provided by the team was memorable.... Definitely will visit again👍👍👍

I recently stayed at Kabani International, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was disorganized and took much longer than expected. The room itself was disappointing; Want to call the reception hundreds of times for a towel. The staff were generally unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. The only redeeming feature was the location, which is central, but that alone doesn’t justify the poor quality of the stay. I would not recommend Kabani International based on my experience

Worst service and rude house keeping staff. Please dont book this hotel as they wasted my time and money . Worst room for 3 k . And these people will loot you for anything saying you have damaged the property and housekeeping staff is entitled to collect maximum amount . Policing is better than this. Please go with Raj riviera / kabani Palace / Paray

Very dissatisfied with the customer service and the room provided. The geyser was not working nor the fan’s regulator worked. The hotel staff were very unresponsive with every single thing. The hotel staff “Jithin” was very disrespectful and treated me and my parents badly. We were even provided with stale food which got us even more upset. At the checkout we were charged more than what was promised at the check-in time. Please be aware of such frauds.
