VS RESIDENCY

I stayed at VS Residency for 3 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were just average, but the service was extremely poor. The room heater wasn't working, and despite reporting the issue on the first day, no action was taken throughout my stay. This meant I had to take cold showers for all 3 days, which was incredibly uncomfortable. The management was completely unresponsive and showed no sense of responsibility in addressing such basic issues. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. I would not recommend staying here if you're expecting even a decent level of service.

This is the third time I'm selecting VS Residency since my experience was excellent. This is in terms of the rooms and service provided. Decent, clean, ambient rooms and service without a lag. The FOEs Basil and Tony made it a point to ensure that my stay was comfortable and their politeness and ready to help nature is also one of the reason for my revisit. Overall my experience was great and I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Muvattupuzha and is looking for a great place to stay.

Normal rooms. Avg interior. Value for money when compared with nearby hotels. No parking slot available. We have to find place to park somewhere.

I booked directly. The guy there was helpful, but things are out is his control. First thing the room was cleaned, but the waste bin was not cleared. Secondly I have asked about hot water before booking as my parents was with me. They told us solar heater, but hot water will be there. Once we reached room we were not getting hot water. They were not able to help at all.. before we check out there was a power failure at room, but they were not able to fix it, no person avaiable during that hours. Overall not worth the price..

Very nice place to Stay. We stayed there with my family for my marriage function. We booked Eight rooms The rooms were very neat and beautiful. The rate is also very cheap. Location available in main area, many shops available nearby.

Very decent rooms right in the middle of the town and on the MC road. The beds were good and the bathrooms clean enough. There are two elevators so the wait is much less. Now the biggest drawback I've experienced is the lack of a restaurant. In the morning as we were proceeding to our next destination there was no place to eat proper food. The only restaurant beside which was open served really tasteless stuff. The Ceylon bake house doesn't open till 11am. That's the reason why this place gets 4 stars. Other than that it's perfect Paisa vasool.

Super comfort Rooms, Economy& Family Friendly, Neetness. Good Restaurant Cylone Bake house by same Building. Lot of Parking space. Main centre of Muvattupuzha. Non AC Room very hot at summer. Should be Exhaust fan at Room.
