JIPPUS GALAXY BUDGET AIRPORT HOTEL COCHIN (Fresh up Package available )

Been to this hotel 3 times, during recent visit noted the standards were gone down. Rooms were not cleaned and toilet were very dirty. As noted hairs on bed sheet requested to change the sheet and room was reallocated but still it was not clean, even used soaps were on the floor in the toilet doesn't look like it was cleaned following previous customer.

Good for men or solo travellers , u get free wifi , one water bottle , near by airport (walkable) *hot water, fan (AC optional) too many restaurants near by , and one bar and restaurant infront of hotel .. for solo travellers it's best

The service is good.The rooms are ok but clean.It is budget friendly.A good experience.

Poor service. They don't keep anything in the room. Soap, towel.. If you go and ask the person at the reception, he behaves as if he is giving things for free. He also telling that we ll have to manage with one towel for four members as they are in laundry. Some things are manageable but the way they treat after charging 1500 to 2000 per room is not at all acceptable. I advice to search hotels with good rooms managed by decent people.

Bad place. They don’t take UPI, they did not tell the correct prices inclusive of taxes. On the phone they mentioned that they do not take booking from booking platform but they will offer prices lower than the booking platform. The person in charge starts fighting, we reached at 1am and he started shouting on phone when I asked him about hidden charges. UPI or card they don’t accept without extra charges. Rooms are below average. AC does not work properly. Services are bad. People are bad and rude here. Don’t come.

Very bad and ugly hotel we have ever stayed at.Beddings were so dirty & there was no hot water. Everything in the hotel needs to be changed instead of improvement. So pathetic experience but suprisingly the reviews are decent. I request the owner of the hotel to take immediate action for survival. Good luck

A very nice hotel to stay nearby Cochi Airport. Hotel staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. They are trying their best to give comfortable stay at their hotel. The rooms are clean and budget friendly also. I have a pleasant stay at the hotel. Thank you to the owner and all the best for great service.
