Very Bad room at all. outside view is good but inside is Horrible. Over priced. they are providing same like a salvage. Toilet is not clean. AC room they are asking 1500 Rs per day but you can pay 400-500 for that room for the that situation.

I recently stayed at Gateway In opposite Kochin International Airport, Nedumbassery, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking an AC room for ₹1500, the amenities provided were severely lacking. There was no drinking water, towels, or even basic tissue papers available. The condition of the bathroom and corridors was shabby, adding to the disappointment. The TV was not working also. Moreover, during checkout, I was informed about an additional 12% charge for a GST bill, which was not disclosed during check-in. This lack of transparency about extra charges felt like an attempt to extract more money after the fact. Overall, the stay fell short of basic expectations, with poor amenities and unexpected additional charges. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the quality of services and being transparent about all associated costs for future guests.

Yes... they cheat passengers and say if key not returned 600 deduction... no matter not checked out... 1 room booked for rs 800 same room booke for another for 3 hrs... worst behavior... be careful

I visited there a year ago.. just stayed there for 4 hours only .. it is not suitable for family .. The only advantage is that Airport is near as walkable distance only ..

The rooms are inadequately maintained, particularly the washrooms which are excessively unclean. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Worst experience.... Unhygienic rooms and poor service ( there is no service at all).

Rooms are small and not neat. Also bathroom is ugly. Not recommended for family
