I enjoyed my 3 days stay at this hotel, {Budget Friendly} Close to the Airport.. Everything was super clean, and i don’t had any trouble. Electricity, Wifi & hot water everything was perfect. And the staff were also very nice and kind.. I recommend to everyone.. Thank you

Please don't book this property through Agoda, OYO like that online platforms. If we book through online platforms, When we reach reception, they will not accept the booking. They will simply say they don't have tieup with these online platforms. Its a time and money wate property. When we go direct this property, without online booking then they will charge less price compare to online. But there service is very poor. There is no hot water, if we ask then the receptionist behavior is very rude. Bed sheets are like used. Fan is not working. Breakfast they are providing only one two bread piece and banana. So plz don't book these type of chrating hotels. There is a lot of good hotels near to Airport giving good service.

The rooms are very clean and neat. And its budget friendly rooms, the mainly best thing is their customer service❤️ Everyone in the residency were so friendly to us and help us for every thing. I came for my internship in airport and i was their in 12 days. It was so near to kochi airport. Rooms are very clean and tidy.

One of the very good rooms i have ever stayed in budgetline. Offcourse it is a budget rooms with very neat and clean. I must say about the bathrooms. It is little small but very neat and clean. And it is very close to the cochin international airport. Very much affordable.

⚠️ Do not book on OYO, 📱WhatsApp Hotel & Book ⚠️ OYO is Full Scam around airport area. Very Friendly Reception Staffs, 24hrs Available 5 mins close to Airport. 24hrs Food Delivery as well.. Near by Restaurans. Very clean and Spacious rooms. And they provide 24hrs stay unlike other hotels strict 11 - 12 Checkin & out.

Very good hotel. Not hi-fi. It's a budget friendly hotel. But it's clean every where especially all the nook and corner and bathroom in particular. Highly recommended for airport commuters. Peace atmosphere. There is no disturbance. Worth for the money.

Firstly Guus will give a clear idea of why its a 1 star. Which should have been a 4 star. The receptionist. By this I have to clearly say not the young guy but the bald guy with spec.we previously had booked a room there which was a couple room. The receptionist was a young well attired man.now we went to book a room with an extra person which was her sister for a bday celebration. We asked if the room was available and he said yea. Pay extra 300rs. I domt know if he was drunk. When we came back after confirming within ourselves this guy said they can’t give room unless I too have the same address. After waiting for nearly 20 mints.this guy said if we have a complaint tell to police. We litrelly were shocked.green line residency please make sure to put those young chaps as your receptionist not the bald guy wearing specs.litrelly you just lost a booking for nearly 6 months. Note(by saying a bald man my purpose was not to Dismenear him personally.my only intention was to showcase the person who was staying there.my hairline is already too short for that) Also ur responce just from seeing ur receptionist pov which is absurd. And sending two types of replies a decent one here and a indecent one I’m whatsapp clearly shows the way u run it) Also trust me I’ve been staying in various places at various countries through Airbnb.booing trivago etc.

Denied stay, arrogant communication by the receptionist. Hotel owners, please remove your hotel from Oyo if you are not willing to let visitors stay who book rooms via Oyo.
