Hotel is very close to Kochi Airport but room & services are very poor. We stayed for one night there and experience was very bad. They only provided the room which were not properly cleaned. Bathroom kits, toothpaste, soap etc. are not provided even after request. Lots of moisquitos were there in the dining hall and also there was shortage of spoons, plates which are very basic requirements. Food quality was not upto the mark. Receptionist or staffs were also not helpful at all. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel and better to look for another good hotel with same budget. Believe me, do not look for any positive fake reviews.

I stayed at Orfila Inn for two nights and overall, the experience was good. The rooms were clean and came with decent facilities, and the service was efficient. The staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. The only drawback I noticed was regarding parking. While it was mentioned that parking is available, in reality, the space is very limited. They have room for about 5–6 cars right in front of the hotel, but the rest of the parking is roadside, which raised a personal safety concern for me. I did not face any issues during my stay, but it’s something guests should be aware of. That said, my overall stay was pleasant, and I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and welcoming staff.

My friend from Uzbekistan recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. The front office staff were very professional and welcoming. Special thanks to BIJIL for being extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. His service made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

We stayed at a hotel for one night before starting our Kerala trip, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable overnight stay. The receptionist was very helpful and made check-in smooth. Room service was prompt and efficient, though the food menu was quite limited. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option for a short stay near the airport.

Rooms are clean,but small and stains on the walls.Bathroom is also very clean but very small.No kettle in the room,so we had to depend on room service even for little bit of tea and morning tea. The beds are good for good sleep quality.|Restaurant serves good food.but it lacks professionalism.We have to ask for basic things like spoon,fork,bowls,plates which they themselves were to give.No proper sequence is maintained in serveing the dinner.All dishes were given randomly and Phulka was supplied at the end after food was almost over.However the taste of the food was very good.|The service of buffet breakfast was more horrible.Optios was limited .only chole bathura,idly sambar,bread, omlette,coffee,tea and watermelon juice.No plates.spoon.fork were there.we had to wait long for bathura and idly.Even raw bread was supplied late after asking so many times.bread omlette was too late.There is no proper planning of food preparation and service.Management should look into it.Again quality of food whatever was supplied was very good.|By little improvement of service this can be very good hotel.|Location is good on the main road.|However the the hotel is very good in pricing.|I have 3* only for bad service and no kettle in the room.

Our stay at Hotel Orfila was very comfortable. The best part about the hotel is their service. They care for you like a family. They considered and fulfilled all our requests that we made for our 2.5 year old child. The staff is very humble and kind.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water were available and worked fine. Staff were polite and check-in/out was smooth. The location was convenient, close to Airport.. Overall, a good stay. Recommended for business travelers looking for a comfortable/convenient place.

Had a wonderful experience with their service and rooms. Truly cooperative. I had a minor concern with the size of the closet seat though. It was a lot smaller to the actual size which made it a tad uncomfortable. Hopefully they rectify it soon enough. Overall, it was a very satisfactory performance from the hotel staff
