Airport Avenue Plaza

We visited this hotel earlier this year, and we had a tragic experience. Here are a few points I want to mention: Firstly, there are no staff members available to assist you with anything you need; you have to go to the reception for all services. The room was not clean, and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The staff's rude behaviour made us feel like we were the inconvenience rather than the customers. Additionally, the location is very far from Kochi; while it is near the airport, it is not close to the city. If you plan to visit Kochi and the nearby places, this is not the ideal spot. The hotel lacks restaurant facilities, so for food or tea, you have to go outside. I believe this hotel does not deserve a rating higher than two stars anywhere. If it has a higher rating, it may be due to customer pressure to provide favourable reviews. We booked at the last minute because our other reservation was cancelled. If you pay more than 1200 rupees, I would not suggest this hotel; it is a typical two-star hotel.||We requested water at 11 PM, but they informed us that they don't have any as the store closed. We also learned that there is no mineral water available throughout the hotel where we can fill our water bottle.||After I checked out of the hotel, they called and accused us of stealing a hot water mug. Fortunately, my friends, who were still at the hotel, verified the room and found the mug there. They informed the reception about it, and the hotel staff then apologized to me. It's important to be careful, as they might mistakenly charge you for something you didn't take.

Room is very tiny with no space to move around. No inhouse resturant which will end up searching for food outside. Even after parking the Car in the dedicated space, it is not safe as there are people who drink and drive their own car and hit the cars parked in the parking area. Management is not at all taking responsibility if anything happens to the car even for the car parked in their parking area. Management is not at all supportive, they are just behind the money.

I eco with previous reviews that rooms are very small in size. You can not move at all in the room...just be on the bed. No restaurant inside is another disadvantage of this hotel.

This is strictly a budget hotel for people looking at a budget stay. Location - 15mins by cab from the airport, located in an off road. Pros - only pro is that washroom is clean. Linens are ok ok. Cons - NO RESTAURANT- they have a tie up with a nearby restaurant who supplies food. Even the food came to the room in a polythene bag ,had to again ask for Cutlery. The food is also not good. Roti was undercooked, rice was undercooked. Breakfast is somehow assembled and not ok to taste. Only 3 4 people that actually are hotel staff are present. Rooms are so closely located that at night you can hear people laughing, talking, doors slamming. Lock in room 202 was broken Toilet seat in room 202 was broken. Hotel was suggested by FLY INDIA HOLIDAY - They should've known better.

1.5 km far from airport, perfect for night stay, as we reached late and had to left for munnar 11am so this was in budget hotel for that, according to location as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel AVENUEPLAZA , and it was an unforgettable experience . The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable .

Rooms are tiny but it is okay for 2 people and the mat which is provided outside of the washroom is not that good. The washroom is good and clean. Breakfast is not that good and needs improvement in that.
