I recently stayed at Mariana and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and provided all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy access to transportation. I especially loved the breakfast buffet – it had a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend Marina to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable hotel experience

I recently stayed at Marina Suites for three nights with a companion, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff was excellent, providing good service from the moment we arrived, and they made us feel very welcome. While the toilet could use a more thorough cleaning, the room itself was well-maintained, and the free breakfast was a highlight—delicious and varied enough to start each day on a positive note. The hotel’s location, however, wasn’t particularly ideal, but the quality of the service made up for it. One unique feature of Marina Suites is their own tourism service. They have a fleet of 17 vans, and Martin, the tourism company owner, was incredibly helpful. He provided excellent guidance for our excursions, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, Marina Suites is a nice hotel with attentive staff, good amenities, and a convenient in-house tourism service. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the care and support provided by both the hotel staff and the tourism team.

I recently stayed at Marina Suites, and for a budget hotel, they truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite being a budget-friendly option, they went above and beyond by arranging a cab pickup from the airport, which made my arrival seamless. The level of service and attention to detail was impressive and unexpected from a budget hotel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent value and top-notch service!

Rooms are decent and service is terrible. Reception is far more engaged in other mobile calls, won’t respond to our queries/support and demonstrating do not care attitude. They could not even took care of bath towel’s availability and cutlery in room. Update before checking out: So called owner read the review, started falsely arguing that towels are there in first place and openly lieing is the unacceptable. Beware of this if you plan to book this hotel.

If you have a hired car or you have your own car for your vacation travel, you can definitely try this hotel. Located slightly interior but very very quiet place. Hotel is very neat, bathroom was exceptionally neat and food delivery was always quick however food taste depends on the restaurant cooked and we can't blame the hotel for that. They could have a small kitchen area where they could have a small sit out to have food such as idly and Pongal. An electric golf cart to sort of take customers to the main road. Or even an electric cycle or scooter would do good for adventurous tourists who usually travel via public transport.

Room was spacious. The decorum of the room was well maintained by the staffs. Staffs were very friendly and supportive. They even addressed our issues very quickly. I would love to stay at this hotel again if I ever come to Kochi,Kerala.

I stayed here recently had a wonderful experience and peaceful stay. Highly recommended this place to my other friends. The rooms were highly neat and hygienic. Also mentioning the Hospitality. Got a fabulous stay. I would definitely come back here.

Loved the room and their service especially the one gentleman in the reception. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Only thing I felt was the location was a bit interior (google pin was accurate) and the lack of elevator. Very neat calm and homely atmosphere. Rooms were well maintained and with proper management in and around the property. With ample space for car parking and got some help from them to park too.. Best suggestion for stay near Nedumbassery.
