v/p residency

Today (09/05/2025- 10/05/2025) we three people booked the hotel. They have given a double coat room for three people. Water connectivity in the toilet and water was not clean. Though the pool was offered till 10 PM, it was closed after 6:00 PM. They have given us the arrangements for two people and took the charge of 4 people. As we have mentioned these things, two were so arrogant. Please try to find some other good hotels for stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with our family, booked six rooms, but our experience was disappointing. None of the rooms had a working TV, and the bathroom fittings were leaking. The swimming pool was well-maintained, but the dressing room lacked a door. Overall, the hotel fell short of expectations.

Very bad experience. Single room with double coat was given for 4 persons. No extra arrangements were provided. Pool was not useful. Not neat and clean. TV was not working.

The rooms were neat and clean, but they were very overpriced. The only amenity is the swimming pool, which i doubt they clean on a daily basis. They charged Rs.2,500 per night, and it is quite far from the city. They didn't provide any toiletries. In one of the rooms, the flush did not work, and they gave us another room the next night. There are 2 restaurants nearby which serve decent food.

Very bad experience. Im totally disappointed with the behavior of staffs. On the first day they told us the price for 1 villa and we paid it for 2 days and the second day they told us we need to pay more. Otherwise we need to vacate. At that night itself we are forced to vacate if we are not ready to pay. Also the pool was not cleaned for days. Rooms were clean, but in 1 room and hall inside table full of beer bottles.
