Lenz Hotel

If I have an option for 0 I would have selected that. I haven't seen a worst hotel like thia in my lifetime Stopped here for lunch after a hectic day with hunger. Chicken Briyani Uncooked chicken without masala and with high salt We asked for fish fry which was also useless so we went for curd rice so that our stomach would get filled. You can see in photos more thaan rice we had mustard in curd rice. U can be better hungry than eating here

We stopped here for lunch. We ordered chicken biryani and pineapple juice. Chicken biryani is not at all to the expectations, not basic taste of biryani at all. It’s too salty and no masala taste. Pineapple juice is okay okay, more like pineapple water than juice. Ambience is very badly maintained, full of flies and dirty floor. I recommend this place only when you have no other place at all. Price range is ₹₹₹.

I had taken around 4 rooms for my family to attend an engagement function. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kudos to mr. Shameer the manager there in catering exceptionally to our needs. The breakfast they served was really good.

MEMORABLE STAY IN MY LIFE ||||I stayed at lenz heritage wayanad on 11.09.2018 with my firends. It was amazing for me and frnds. When entered the room for viewing i wondered and i reserved. Exactely its worth of money.||Well maintained & spacious room having a good peacefull balcony. Staff are very supportive and caring. They are guided me 4 sight seeing and we enjoyed with the service. Restaurant too good and serving tasty food.||Overall i sugesting to all

We reached Lenz around 8 pm on 24th Dec.We were around 12 members. The rooms were very nice,clean and spacious.It is really a budget hotel with complimentary breakfast. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Anything needed was done on time. Special thanks to Mr. Shameer who had taken a special care of every individual guest. The hotel is closely located to all the tourist destinations. I would like to visit this property once again.

I had great stay there. Best hotel . Rooms were neat . Staff were so friendly. The manger was helpful. He treated very well . He give proper guidance . Only problem is it’s far from Wayanad city and near to banasura dam but if you are going to banasura Dam it’s a good option . Lift is not working and no ramp for wheelchairs it’s a discomfort if your travelling with aged people or handicapped people .

The hotel is a newly furnished building, all the rooms are with balcony, spacious and tidy, exactly the same in the website. Arrangements towards the Travels were also made. Our overall experience was great and memorabe!.. I personally recommend everyone to opt Lenz Heritage to make your trip more enjoyable.”

We visited this place in last week of july. While the location is good and arnd a km away from Banasura dam, the hotel is very new and has a lot of teething problems. We had taken 2 rooms with breakfast. Pros and cons listed below||||Pros||1. Good location - close to banasura dam||2. Rooms are new and clean||3. Staff is courteous when available||4. Reasonable in terms of costs||||Cons||1. Most of the time no one was present on front desk. We had to call the person on his mobile and he was mostly not available on premises. On 2nd and 3rd night we were told owner has locked the rooms with the towels and gone out of town so we need to reuse towels instead of getting fresh ones.||||2. No coordination between restaurant and front desk. The food and hygiene are below average and the restaurant was not aware that breakfast was part of our package. The restaurant manager wasnt interested in providing breakfast but insisted us on eating lunch and dinner as that was chargeable. On the last day they did not provide us breakfast as their staff comes after 8:30 and we had to leave by 8. They provided us stale bread in which we found an insect and some coffee after which 2/4 felt sick.||||3. Food issues especially for vegetarians. There are no vegetarian restaurants arnd. If you eat within the hotel, its neither the most hygienic nor tasteful. We found hair in the food once, ants in the sugar and live insect in the bread.||||All in all visit the place for its good and affordable accommodation but its advisable to avoid the restaurant food.
