Lenz Hotel

I recently visited this hotel for lunch during a family trip. We ordered meals, each priced at ₹90. While the experience initially seemed promising, the food turned out to be extremely disappointing. Every single item in the meal was poorly prepared, lacking both taste and quality and watery. We were a group, and almost everyone had the same reaction — most of us couldn’t take more than 2 or 3 bites. Without a doubt, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in my life. Beyond the food, the overall hygiene and maintenance of the place were equally concerning. The toilets were in terrible condition — unclean, with broken doors and non-functional flushes. It’s hard to believe such basic facilities were neglected so badly. For a place expecting to host families and travelers, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. If you’re planning a family outing or road trip and care about food quality and basic hygiene, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Thank me later.

Not worth. No lift, hot water is available only once. The glass of the door to the balcony was broken which made mosquitos come in through it . Asked for an extra bed and they provided a bed which is as thin as a bedsheet. Told that this is what you will get in this area. Poor management, poor facilities, needs improvement. I would suggest the hotel management team to take action on all these items and until then, I won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

We stopped here for lunch, we ordered meals and chicken biryani. Unfortunately both items were pathetic.This type of biriyani available below Rs 100/-.meals also not good. Not recommended.

We stopped here for lunch. We ordered chicken biryani and pineapple juice. Chicken biryani is not at all to the expectations, not basic taste of biryani at all. It’s too salty and no masala taste. Pineapple juice is okay okay, more like pineapple water than juice. Ambience is very badly maintained, full of flies and dirty floor. I recommend this place only when you have no other place at all. Price range is ₹₹₹.

If I have an option for 0 I would have selected that. I haven't seen a worst hotel like thia in my lifetime Stopped here for lunch after a hectic day with hunger. Chicken Briyani Uncooked chicken without masala and with high salt We asked for fish fry which was also useless so we went for curd rice so that our stomach would get filled. You can see in photos more thaan rice we had mustard in curd rice. U can be better hungry than eating here
