OYO Flagship 812334 Hill View Galaxy Villa

The best place a family can stay. Very good staff, the management side is so good that they arrange food, and take good care of their guests. Clean rooms and bathroom, the outside ambience is so good that we feel to stay outside the room and enjoy the wonderful mountain and mist view. We have options to cook, play games etc. It is such a quite place we feel to extend our stay there. Those loving to escape from the city's noise would really appreciate this place for its calm atmosphere.

This is a really nice place to stay. Hospitality of the owner is really appreciable. 👌 The rooms and the facilities are really nice. Well maintained property and they maintain cleanliness. All the rooms have hill view which is really nice. He arranged a car also for us to travel in waynad. Car driver was also very friendly energetic and guided us in such a nice way that we could cover almost all main places (10 places) in waynad just in 2 days. Thanks for your service 🙏

Very worst attitude, even after booking confirmed they denied and they even said to pay at hotel or else will not give rooms if paid through oyo. They blame oyo for setting cheap rates for their hotel and told they would not give rooms at that price....They made is wait there for over 1 hour late at night saying that booking is not confirmed while oyo customer service agent has already updated us about the confirmation. One of the worst rooms as well, unhygienic stay.

This is a scam ! We saw in many websites it was just 600 rupees so we booked it from agoda , and went to the hotel there he was saying that he didn't get the money and said that the room is 1200 so we waited 2 hours for room at that we paid him 1200 and took the room . The room was the worst the sofa was torn , on the switches there was tea powder, soaps were not provided, very cheap quality blankets ,the room is dusty and didn't even clean . The service was also the worst when we asked him coffee during 7 am he said it was not provided so finally when we went out visit other places he finally called us at 9 am that coffee was ready, the coffee was not even available during 4 pm and cost of coffee is 40 Rs even water is not provided and we asked him drinking water he gave water from tap and charged 20 Rs per litre. The location was ok , the dam was nearby and men mutty falls also . Overall, this was my worst experience.

Beware!! Location available at Google is wrong.Mobile network issue not let you to communicate wit hhotel. So totally depend on ur luck. The cleanliness is terrible. NO proper cleaning , color bedsheet has been given with lots of stain on that. Food is provided in paper plates of the worst quality. The geyser doesn't work in one of the rooms in the 2bhk provided. The owner expects both the families to bath in the same bathroom.

The service at hotel was unsatisfactory. I booked from Agoda. I have to wait for 2hrs to get my room. I felt people are unprofessional and don't understand your pain. Also it's hard to get food near by hotel. Try to avoid booking them.

Pls don't book this property through any online app. Even after paying full amount they refused to give rooms by saying they have already terminated contract with OYO.

Excellent Hotel and Staff" This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a large sofa. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff (Owner) at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast & Dinner food was very good with quality and quantity area was large. They are constantly monitoring the food items served. I definitely recommend to stay with family or friends at this hotel again. Also they provide Innova for our local trips. "Camp fire" available there and it will become a memorable evening for your entire trip.
