JS Grand Residency

Worst experience ever. They are cheaters. Being people who travel a lot, we have booked around 50 stays via make my trip or other modes. This is the worst experience we ever had. We had selected flexible check in 6-8 am. We had called and confirmed the previous day also. When we had reached, they denied us check in and demanded extra money ₹1500. This is absolute loot. The funny thing was, we wanted to get ready for a function and leave the same day. So the room was needed only for 3 hours. Still they were very adamant. They thought that when someone comes from outside the city in the early morning, they can trap the poor customers and loot their hard earned money. But, we didn't give them money and went and stayed in another hotel. We lost around 1700 because of these thugs.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at JS Grand Residency I recently stayed at JS Grand Residency near Palakkad railway station, and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The problems started immediately upon arrival and only worsened over my two-day stay. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available, making it very inconvenient to stay connected or get any work done. The TV in the room was also not working, which left us with no entertainment options. To make matters worse, the room was not properly cleaned, and it felt unhygienic from the moment we stepped in. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns. Any issues we raised were either ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. For the level of service (or lack thereof) and the poor conditions, the rates were unreasonably high. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, I would strongly advise against choosing JS Grand Residency. I left feeling frustrated and regretted every moment of my stay there.

Prime location.. Just im front of Palakkad Railway station.. But no parking facilities... Even guest who are comming via own car need to stop on busy road for getting into this hotel...

Worst service... Stupid policies...Ugly and untidy rooms... So as service providing staffs.. Bullshit hospitality.... Rate 0.0000001 / 5 Not recommended at all.

Small hotel located next to the Railway station entrance. Rooms are not great as there are lots of cockroaches and bugs in the room. No toiletries provided in the room. The only reason I stayed is because it's conveniently close to the Railway station.

Rooms are well maintained with all basic amenities. Railway station is few steps ahead, hotels, tea shops are all nearby. Many shops are opened till midnight and very much accessible. Overall a good place to stay👍

The rooms are pathetic and the behavior of the staff towards us is very bad and the condition of the bathroom is very poor.
