I was stayed one day on 23 rd June to 24 th. Booked the room through Make my trip and from the hotel they confirmed the complimentary break fast and when I am settling the bill they charged the break fast amount also. In the check in time I confirmed with two persons regarding the complimentary break fast and they confirmed the same and at the bill settlement time the Manager and staff neglected the same. In the booking document it is clearly mentioned and I am showed the same they told they are not having any agreement with Make my trip and further argument you do with Make my trip. The Manager behaviour to us is very very bad. so our experience was over very bad.

I regret to say that my recent experience with ATS Residency was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to the abysmal management that seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing even basic customer service. I had booked a total of 18 rooms for a special event, providing a detailed guest list well in advance. However, the hotel failed spectacularly in honoring this reservation. Despite my explicit instructions and confirmation of the guest list, some of my guests arrived in the early hours of the morning (4:30 am) only to be told that there were no rooms available. They were forced to wait for a staggering two hours before they were finally accommodated, despite the fact that I had already paid for and reserved their rooms. To add insult to injury, when I received the bill, I noticed that they had charged me for 19 rooms instead of the originally agreed-upon 18. It took extensive arguing and presenting evidence of my original booking for them to reluctantly correct the bill. Moreover, it came to my attention that two families I had allocated two rooms each for had not received the additional rooms as promised. Instead, they were crammed into single rooms with extra beds, for which I was charged extra for the rooms I had booked as well as the extra beds. This blatant disregard for the agreed-upon arrangements is not only unprofessional but downright deceitful. When I attempted to address these issues with the manager, Mr. Rajan, I was met with nothing but evasion and hostility. He refused to meet in person, claiming he only operates via phone calls, and proceeded to make empty threats about his supposed authority within the hotel. Despite my persistence in trying to reach a resolution, Mr. Rajan has been shockingly unresponsive, leaving the matter unresolved even after a week and a half of continuous attempts to contact him. In conclusion, my experience with ATS Residency was marred by incompetence, dishonesty, and a complete lack of accountability from the management. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this establishment to proceed with extreme caution, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.

It is one of the WORST hotel i have ever stayed. The room I got for 1800/- for one day was fully packed with dust and bad smelling. I couldn't even sleep because of the creepy sound of that fan in the room. I guess the bed sheets were not better clean or washed properly for ages and tainted with bed bugs. For the sake they provide AC that have a musty stench, is not properly air filtered or serviced. It was honestly uncomfortable staying inside that room for a day. the entire room smells like an antique shop. More than that the bathroom doesn't have a lock system. i cannot even imagine someone staying in a hotel room that doesn't even provide basic facilities paying more than one thousand five hundred just for a day. if you are someone who wanted to extend the check out timing just one more hour still they charge one full day amount of 1800 from you. I have not ever experienced such situation where a hotel does not consider the emergency situation of the coustomer. The owner of the hotel is not at all reachable and extremely rude. The only thing they want is money and they don't even ask for proper verification at the time of check in. Please choose somewhere else if possible.

The hotel is located near the office of Superintendent of police. We booked the hotel via an online booking site. The receptionist was very friendly and the check in process was very smooth. The rooms were neat and tidy (check the photos). The linen was also clean and towels were provided as well. Mostly people who come for work stay in this hotel I believe. There is enough parking space in the premises. The room service was also very fast. The only drawback was that you'll get coffee only by 7:30 in the morning.
